Main function and trait
Carrageenan can be used in meats, beer,fermentation, jams, dairy
products etc.
1. Removing excesive protease( especially cool pritease) in malt juice to
increase beer non-biological stability.
2. Cleaning malt juice to improve beer filiter.
3. Inducing the quanatity of filitering medium
4. Raising density of malt dregs, and induce loss of malt juice to increase
acquired rate of malt juice.
5. It is completely a kind of auxilary medium which combined with
protease and don't enter into beer after it deposits.
6. This wont affet stability of beer falor
